INDUSTRIAL PARK- THE COONEY

This is where LD Industries, Boom Corp., and other companies are placed.

The place is where hundreds of laborers go to work from seven to eleven 24/7. A big part of Gen City’s economy comes from here. Most of the workers come from poor neighborhoods called “The Up Roar”. Because the industries are nearby, back in the day some business persons encouraged their workers to live in these recently built places with low-cost rent. Over time, because the population never ceased growing, and because there was a lot of gentrification in places like Uptown and Redlands, people moved into that area, and with no project, it became like a barrio or a Brazilian favela.

The Codeys (Sludge District)

Officially called Codeys’ Den, Sludge Factory is a decadent area in Gen City, with people being pushed by manufacturing industries in the past, and the reminiscents living under extreme poverty. Nowadays, it is the home for dubious businesses. City Hall won’t admit it, but there is irregular business going on there.

Projects

Something Gen City does not want to admit, but there are entire families living in that area, being exposed to toxic gases, being forced to work in the factories for bad wages. The Projects were officially over after the Alliance, but what happened it the factories and companies needed the space, so they encouraged communities to be built around the Twin Mountains area, which resulted in Up Roar Area.

Cover Fire Slug Factory

They say it’s a high-efficiency and high-performance plant, for the manufacture of aluminum slugs, used in the production of spray cans and/or collapsible by impact extrusion. But the truth is it produces slugs, and ammo using Alpha, and they sell it to villains in the black market.
