The head of LD Industries, Alexander Yowleus Duma, or Lord Duma as he calls himself, is one of Genesis City's most prominent businessmen. A public figure who doesn't make a point of hiding his discontent with the Heroes League and the world created under the heroes' tutelage.

He plots the overthrow of the League and, to that end, coordinates with the various organizations of villains in the city a mega-attack during the Parade of Brothers, something that will bring general chaos and insecurity.
